Job Description:

  • Prepares courses/classes and teaches clients in customized language programs
  • Works in cooperation with the Program Head of Custom Language Services and, if applicable, the language coordinator, in setting up a customized program for each client
  • Adjusts content of program as needed, in collaboration with language coordinator or Program Head
  • Communicates closely with other instructors in program
  • Attends meetings as set by the language coordinator
  • Keeps track of hours on timesheet

Requirements:

  • Native or near-native language ability
  • Master's degree in language teaching or equivalent with experience in intensive language teaching is preferred
  • Prior experience with business professionals is preferred

Skills/Abilities/Knowledge:  
 
Excellent teaching and interpersonal communication skills  
Able to work evenings and weekends if requested  
Willingness and ability to comply with Institute policies, including safe work practices and procedure

Actual number of hours worked are contingent on program requests.  
Competitive pay. Compensation is based on experience, background and education.
